1. The service
Cash Talk is a personal finance organization software that works inside WhatsApp. It lets you log expenses and income by text, voice or receipt photo and view summaries. It is an organization tool — it does not provide financial, tax or investment advice, and it does not move or hold your money.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide truthful information at sign-up. Each account is tied to a WhatsApp number. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your number.
3. Free trial, pricing and payment
The service includes a 7-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continuing costs €4.99/month or €44.90/year, auto-renewing at the start of each period. Payments are securely processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime via the customer portal or by contacting us; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Except where mandatory law applies (including the EU consumer right of withdrawal), periods already started are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to circumvent limits or security measures, and not to abusively overload the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is". It relies on third-party providers (notably WhatsApp) and may be interrupted or changed. We strive for continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Your data
Processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial decisions made based on the summaries, nor for indirect losses. The figures are an organization aid and should be confirmed by you.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your EU country of residence.
