Who we are
Cash Talk is a personal finance assistant that works on WhatsApp. This page explains what data we process and why.
What we collect
The name, email and WhatsApp number you provide at sign-up; and the entries you send the assistant (amounts, categories, dates, and the text, voice or photo you send).
How we use it
Only to provide the service: understand your messages, record your entries and show you summaries. We never sell or use your data for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent and the performance of the service you requested (GDPR, art. 6).
Subprocessors
We use an AI model (Anthropic, USA) to understand messages, and hosting infrastructure to store data. They process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete everything anytime by writing "delete my data" to the assistant, or by contacting us.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data, and to withdraw consent (GDPR, art. 15–22).
Security
We use encrypted connections, restricted access and per-user data isolation.
